Yes, outside food and beverages are allowed. Let us know if you plan to book a caterer so we can connect with them to improve your experience.
Yes, alcohol is permitted at private parties. We cannot serve your alcohol, and the sale or purchase of alcohol is not permitted at the venue.
Outside live entertainment such as characters, performers, and face painters are not allowed as we offer all of these services in house. Thank you for understanding. If you are in need of entertainment services which we do not offer, you are welcome to book an outside vendor, and we are happy to offer suggestions for these.
Yes, you are welcome to bring in outside decorations such as balloons, pinatas, table decor, etc.
Our capacity is 50.
You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your party to bring in outside party supplies and food. After the party, all we ask is that you take your belongings (and children) home.
We are more than happy to reschedule your party at no additional cost based on availability.
If you must cancel your party within 2 weeks of the date, your deposit is nonrefundable. If you must cancel your party once your balance is completed, we will sort through a partial refund. We understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
The party hos will meet you upon arrival, greet guests, and help them feel at home throughout the party. They will lead activities, clean up spills, pick up trash, be moral support, give high fives, light candles, and anything needed to enhance your experience. They are your official Bash BFF!
