Frequently Asked Questions
Just like your child is unique, our party services are too! Our goal is to create magic and help your child’s wishes come true. Because of this, actual party activities may vary from package descriptions. Our performers are trained to follow a timeline for each package, yet remain flexible to the interests of your child and their guests. If you have a specific vision for the flow of your party, please let us know ahead of time and we are more than happy to accommodate you and bring that vision to life!
Fill out a booking form and one of our royal staff members will contact you within 48 hours. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. This goes towards the total package price, and secures your spot on our calendar. If your party must be canceled 24 hours or less before character’s scheduled arrival time, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. We can, of course work around extreme or emergency situations. Your remaining balance is due the week prior to your party. If your party simply needs to be rescheduled, we are more than happy to do so based on availability at no extra charge.
We are happy to travel to your Castle! We are located in Springfield, Missouri. If your party venue is located more than 15 miles from 65807, a travel fee will apply. This can be estimated for you upon booking.
A clean and clear/open space is required for our Princesses to perform. Please keep this in mind when setting up a photo and play area so the Princesses and party guests can have a smooth and exciting interaction. A table with plastic table cloth and chairs are suggested for face painting and makeover parties.
We suggest having your camera ready to capture your little one’s reactions and savor all of these magical memories! When the Princess arrives, she will take the lead on entertainment so you can relax and enjoy your party! Supervision of little Princes and Princesses must be provided by a parent, guardian, party host, or adult party guest at all times. Our performers and royal assistants are not permitted to be left alone with little ones at any time during the party. Thank you for understanding.
